3. Registration and Account
- 3.1 To access certain services, you must create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
4. Conclusion of Contract and Payment
- 4.1 The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.
- 4.2 By clicking the ❝Purchase❞ or ❝Subscribe❞ button, you place a binding order for the selected products.
- 4.3 Payments are processed via Stripe. You agree to pay the prices indicated at the time of purchase. All prices are in the currency stated on the website.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)
- 5.1 Digital Products: Since we provide digital content that is available immediately upon purchase, you expressly agree that we begin the performance of the contract before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.
- 5.2 You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access to the digital content has started.
6. License and Intellectual Property
- 6.1 Unless otherwise stated, Algochamps grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased digital products for personal, non-commercial use only.
- 6.2 You are strictly prohibited from:

Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code of proprietary algorithms.
Sharing your account access with third parties.
7. Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer
- 7.1 Trading Risk: Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss. Past performance of any algorithm or strategy is not indicative of future results.
- 7.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that our algorithms will be profitable or that our website will be available without interruption.
- 7.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Liechtenstein law, Algo Champs AG shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
- 8.1 Monthly or yearly memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
- 8.2 You can cancel your subscription at any time within your account settings. Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- 9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- 9.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Vaduz, Liechtenstein.
- 10.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- 10.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the members area.
